WHAT IS DEAD STOCK FABRIC
Textile mills and garments factories typically have vast amounts of left-over fabric, known as deadstock fabric. These are rolls of fabric that are left in storage after a garment production run. Making use of this fabric is a popular choice for designers who want to make their production more sustainable, or for those who need a limited amount for a project. It prevents us from making more stuff than we need to, because we’re using what we already have available to us.
